CVEC number and INE number: two identifiers not to be confused

Both are required during administrative registration, but they have neither the same format nor the same source.

Standard access to the certificate
Log in to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr with your usual credentials. In the CVEC section, select the relevant academic year. The certificate will display with the number in the header. Download the PDF to keep it offline.
Case of scholarship and exempt students
An exempt student must still obtain their certificate. Scholarship status triggers an automatic exemption from payment, but the payment certificate remains mandatory to finalize registration at the higher education institution.
